Orders placed on our platform are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. The products will be delivered to you within 10 business days from the date of your order. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If this happens, we will notify you by email or telephone using the contact information you provided.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details to keep you updated on the delivery status. On the day of delivery, the courier will contact you to confirm your presence to receive the order.
For authentication purposes, all deliveries to residential or commercial addresses require a signature upon receipt. We are not responsible for a shipment receipt signed by someone other than the person who placed the order or someone you appointed to receive the delivery. Our courier will make a maximum of 2 delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed according to our terms and conditions.
Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of placing the order. In such cases, the product will be returned to us, and any refunds will be handled as per our terms and conditions.
